(3) The use of certificates:

According to the Consumer Product Safety Act, all manufacturers and traders of children's products that are regulated by the Children's Product Safety Regulations must issue a CPC certificate.
CPC certificates must be available to all distributors or retailers and available to CPSC when needed.
